Our goal is to daily stay “Above the Wellness Line.” In this podcast I will be giving you tips and tricks on how to daily make small changes to your life in order to keep your body well.
Episode 08 - Keep things moving with a Digestive Blend
Hey friends. If you purchased a Young Living starter kit you probably received Digize Essential oil and said, “EWE! What is that nasty smell coming from this bottle?” I know I did the first time I smelled it. I had no idea what to use it for either. Nor did I understand that the therapeutic benefits of this oil blend are life-changing.
3 John 1:2 says, “Beloved, I pray that all may go well with you and that you may be in good health, as it goes well with your soul.” This my friends, is the reason I continue to share with you the benefits of using natural options to support your health. Let’s start this episode with a little dose of valor on our palms. Put three to five drops of valor on your palms, rub your palms together, cover your mouth and nose, and inhale deeply. Do this several times.
I have a personal story with almost every single oil I talk about in my podcasts, but Digize happens to be one that I really hold dear to me. I had no idea what this nasty smelling oil could possibly do for me when I first got my starter kit from Young Living.. So it sat there, untouched, for months. Then I started researching. I looked into what to use the blend for, and what it was capable of. I still do not know all of the fabulous benefits of this oil, but I do know that it is one that I will not be without because of the changes I have seen in my own personal life.
Regular Bowel Movements
As I moved along in my health journey I learned the value of pooping properly. When I was suffering from some of my health issues in my early twenties I did not think it was unnatural to only poo once every couple of days. As I learned more and cleaned up my diet I found just how unnatural and unhealthy this was for my body. Over the counter medications and or supplements seemed to offer no help to enable me go more often. However, I knew that a large glass of coffee every once in a while would completely clean me out if I could live through the horrible stomach pains from the caffeine. If I had not pooed in quite awhile, coffee would make it happen and was my go to.
Enter Digize!
I am so grateful for this blend of oils! For some people, if they overeat they feel super full and uncomfortable. One a drop of digize vitality essential oil on their tongue or a quick rub of some on their tummy helps ease this discomfort within seconds. For me, taking it in a capsule daily has amazing benefits for my digestion. It keeps me regular. Digize along with comfortone capsules have been such a blessing for me in the area of pooping regularly. I also used this blend while I was pregnant when I suffered greatly from acid reflux. It was so helpful. I just put it right on my tongue as needed!
Digize essential oil blend consists of eight lovely oils. They include: tarragon, ginger, peppermint, juniper, fennel, lemongrass, anise, and patchouli.
If you dig a little deeper into each of these essential oils, you will find their benefits are amazing. However, putting them together in one blend is even better! Listen to my podcast of this episode for more information on each individual oil.
Friends, I share essential oils and their many uses with you because of what 3 John 1:2 says, “Beloved, I pray that all may go well with you and that you may be in good health, as it goes well with your soul.” This week, I want you to try taking a small amount of digize vitality internally every single day and notice any changes to your body. Also, as we end, grab your valor essential oil, put a couple drops on your palms, rub your palms together again, breathe deeply while cupping your hands over your mouth and nose, and say with me our positive affirmation of the week, “I am comforted and in good health.”
