Episode 24 - Interview with an Oiler: Eros Berglund
I take two dozen supplements each morning on an empty stomach.

How long have you been using essential oils and supplements?
3 years, started using oils due to cancer diagnosis. Started diffusing, used topically, then ingesting. Oils have also changed his father’s life. I have decreased allergies through cutting toxic products in my home, changing my diet, and using Allerzyme.
What did changing your diet look like?
Raised vegetarian, very little vaccinations, and played outside as a kid. I take Inner Defense daily, vitamin C, and use other Young Living supplements to get rid of any cold symptoms within 24 hours. Cutting refined sugars (sugar addiction) and binge eating has made a large impact on my diet and allergies. I have not eaten at McDonald’s since 2017.
What does your daily oily routine look like in your house?
I take two dozen supplements daily, everything in the morning, without food. NingXia Red, Mineral Essence, Life9, Essentialzyme 4, Prostrate Health, Allerzyme, CardioGize, Super B, Sulfurzyme, Powergyze, Multigreens, and Super D. I can feel the difference in my routine as I add new ones, and as I am able to take ones out. Then after an hour or so of taking all the morning supplements, I eat breakfast at work. In the evening I take NingXia Red and Super D. This month I am trying SleepEssence. I keep on hand Master Formula, and for a routine break I take Master Formula, Vitamin C, NingXia Red, Mineral Essence, and Life9.
How do you incorporate oils into your routine?
I use rollers! Deep Relief on my knees, back, and temples daily each morning. I put Thieves spray on my mask to infuse into my lungs and smell throughout the day. I use Valor, Jasmine, and Rose. Jasmine is my favorite, I just love it. I have three roll-ons with me at all times: Thieves, Deep Relief, and Valor. I have two travel kits with about 10 oils in each. Ones like Longevity, DiGize, and Cedarwood.
